What is your simple breakfast?

Hello, everyone
It's a bright sunny day here in my place , and I have just arrived at the office where I work. I haven't had my breakfast yet as I had to rush to the office today.
I think my breakfast will be a donut and a glass of orange juice which I will buy at the canteen. I don't have much time at home for having breakfast . So, I like go simple . 
I like having simple breakfast. A slice of bread with or without strawberry jam on top of it and a glass of tea seem to be quite smple for me. My breakfast was a piece of bread and a glass of tea with creamer yesterday .
I want to know what is your simple breakfast .

@Nickzter1331 yes, it will. I heard that hot chocolate is also good for preventing cardiovascular disease.

My simplest breakfast is when I skip it lol, I do not have reagular working schedules so at times I sleep late or work till early morning so I have midnight snacks ready and a lot of food stores are open 24 hrs inside our subdivision.

I normally have a banana and a bagel with cheese. Of course any other breakfast I have isn't extravagant, that is just the easy grab
