What inspires you to do good things to others?

Today I got inspired by a very powerful word that I came across. It clearly read; "Help the old while you are young, help the weak while you are strong and forgive the wrong even when you are right, because one day you will be old, weak and wrong." It is really something so inspiring and a strong word to reflect on. In life, we may get into situations where we are so weak and we need help, or when we are wrong and need forgiveness and understanding or we get so old that we can't do things for ourselves. Whenever I think of myself in such situations, I am compelled to help others as I may also need help one day. However, you can't always do things just because you wish to be also treated the same, sometimes it doesn't happen that way. So let's just be good out of good hearts and who knows, maybe what goes around comes back around.

Thanks for this post! I think I'll print out that saying and put it on my fridge as a reminder.

I always believe in the saying "Don`t do unto others what you don`t like others do unto you"

God is pleased when we do good deeds and that in itself is very satisfying!

Just knowing someone needs help and that I am in a position to help is inspiration enough
