Do you know any home remedies for dandruff that really work?

These days I am suffering from severe dandruff, which is really irritating. I have now started using anti-dandruff shampoo on daily basis and also wash my hair with a solution prepared by adding drops of dettol to lukewarm water before and after shampooing my hair. But nothing seems to work. Can anyone suggest some natural home remedies?
