Sorry for My Typos. I Hope You Can Read Between the Lines. Part One B: Posting on My Smartphone

I may try switching back to doing more mylotting on my desktop. The main problem with that is that my feet are on the floor. Right now I'm on three pillows on the footstool of a glider. Other times I'm on my bed with my feet on pillows. I don't own a laptop yet so there's not much I can get done in this position. It's either mylot on my phone or mylot in shorter spurts while on my desktop Right now I'm writing in my Evernote app. It allows me to not worry about losing my post before it's complete and it looks like I'm making less mistakes. If I find that it works easily to copy and paste from here then that is what I will try to do before posting. Yesterday I tried copying a link to Evernote to then put it into a link on a reply but it put Evernote into the URL which threw everything off. I'm hoping it works easier than that for posts. I doubt that I will write my responses or comments here first, though, so I wanted to inform everyone that reads my posts that they may have to read between the lines of I miss an edit or two. Here are some things that my Google keyboard thinks I'm trying to write and these happen the most. What I'm trying to type / then Google's ideas All / Allie See/seeded Need/needed Had/ head If, of, in, on, etc/it's I may add to this list as things crop up as the list seems long to me. My main problem is that when I try to edit within the post or comment I might lose it all. It's not a mylot glitch, but rather something my phone does.

I prefer my laptop over my phone. More room.

More room, yes. But I don't have one of those and maybe never will. I have off from work so I can elevate my feet more to promote healing, otherwise, is be spending a lot of hours on my desktop

My phone is the only way I get in here and autocorrect can be a Hassel sometimes but I don't have any other way to get on here and I use swip most of the time and it seems to get the job done.

Mine doesn't auto correct. It just puts the wrong word in when I'm not paying attention. It's I remember to look after each sentence them I can catch it while remembering my intent. But, if I see the mistakes much later it's more guess work trying to figure out what word I tried to use.

@hillhjill yes it is, but I'm trying to build a habit of looking more often before I leave the page.

@MarshaMusselman Yeah that's true and it is a pain to have to go back and fix it at times.

I couldn't live without my laptop. Kind of wish I had a tablet. I rarely use my desk top and I only type with one thumb on my phone so I avoid it if I can.

You mean you use your desktop computer to mylot on? I've used my smartphone at work on break, while waiting for appointments and when doing other things when away from home.

This happened to me. I lost all I wrote. With my phone I have many problems.

I've since switched to writing every post in Evernote first and that's been working much better Now to get my responses and comments to stay intact it's another dilemma. But I don't intend to write those elsewhere first. Sometimes it will begin a comment, got the comment button and edit and save until finished. At least that way nothing gets lost . Sometimes I will say...be right back and then remove that when I'm finally done in the hopes that the reader checks again in a few when I'm finished with it. When I put my be right back, above I realized this is long I better post it before it gets lost. I've since edited it to add to it three times.
