Cardio or resistance training - what do you prefer?

For me, it is always combination of cardiovascular exercise and resistance training/weight training which I always adhere to. I start with 5 minutes of warm up exercises?, followed by 5 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of resistance training, 5 minutes of cardio again and I finish with 5 minutes of stretching. This helps me stay both fit and supple.

When i was at my younger years I do both but now that I am of age...I just do cardio, sometimes lifting weights but only if I had the remaining strength to do so......

I think it depends what would be your goal. For me, it can be done both.
