I am so happy that the food stores here have foods, like yogurt and fruit and veggie drinks that are fermented and give our digestion good bacteria. I can also take a capsule with 5 good bacteria from Neolife.com - they really help the digestion and positively affect our mind.
Fermented foods are gaining recognition as an important anti-cancer adjunct, and reducing inflammation is one of its their important anti-cancer feature.

Yes, maybe you know Dr A.Vogel - he introduced fermented veg juices - I drank them in the 1967 or earlier..

@just4him He was a well known researcher, I listen to him when he visited Stockholm - he was 76, and he had met a doctor who said that it was a long time he had met such a healthy person. Vogel learned a lot from native Indians, one was the herb that prevents the flue - Echinachea Purpurea - and this herb medicine is still sold as Echinaforce..I guess you find many of his products in your health store..

Not fermentation alone, maybe. I´ve read that alkaline food can stop cancer.. see Robert. O. Young in Fb

Yes, at least our digestion seems to like them, but we might need other things too..
