Toy Poodle save his master when she fell down in Minnesota

Toby who is a 14 year old toy poodle is being called a hero when his owner Shirley Krause who lives in an apartment in Plymouth Minnesota was able to alert someone when his owner fell down and passed out for a few moments. When came to her senses, she found out that she could not walk due to the icy conditions in the back yard of her apartment. Since Toby who was adopted by Shirley 14 years ago, people who know Shirley wondered where she was located. A stranger then followed Toby to where his master was located which was in the backyard of the apartment. With the help of the stranger, Shirley was able to get on her feet and likely went inside her home or decided to take her hero dog for a walk. I am not sure which event happened since the story ended with Shirley thanking her dog for finding a way to have her rescued after her fall in the backyard of her apartment complex.
