Friday morning since the kids had a 2 hour delay before school started. I had my husband how came home st 3am from work take our daughter to the doctor for a walk in sick visit which is ebfeeen 8am-9am. I took care of our other two boys and got our middle one ready for school. We figured she had pink eye because of of junk coming out of her eye but does that junk started up she was complaining about her ears but we could physically see any sign of infection and no fever which some times happens when you have an ear infection. The doctor walk in and said yep wash your hands a lot and she had pink eye. Finished the exam and also has a bilateral ear infection which explains why she has pinky eye. The infection and bacteria build up from the ears hit her eyes make more bacteria that is contagious of course. So she for a sick day from school. Our girl can go back to school in Monday. She has medicine for 7 days both eyes have to have drops and she takes oral medication for her ears daily.

I hate ear infections. The only thing I hate worse is bronchitis. Thankfully, I haven’t had any ear infections in a while.m

I know what’s worse then an ear infections my middle one has had pneumonia before that’s pretty bad as well as RSV. Both can be deadly to children.
