The term is associated with those who got billions of wealth and vast influence. Through the years their number seem to grow but are they really bad? How about their charity works, the good stuff they deliver, and pumping the economy?

No they are not really bad. But their contribution to the society is not too much enough according to their wealth.

in my opinion they rarely do charity ... they always think of their wealth just never think of their charity to someone who is not capable
