How long do you sleep daily?

Sleep is so important for our bodies. We are adviced to always have time to rest our bodies from all the work that it does.
I usually sleep six hours at night from 11pm to 5am. I also have a habit of taking a nap in the afternoon for thirty minutes.
How long do you sleep and what time?

I am a poor sleeper. Maybe 4 hours a night.

I sleep usually around seven hours--I guess from around eleven p.m. to seven a.m. Sometimes seven and a half to eight.
