We do not celebrate Thanksgiving here in my country but since it's the time where bonuses are given and Christmas is in the air, we see lot of shoppers and malls are always full, i would rather term it as Pre-Christmas Shopping Spree.I have yet to do my Pre-Christmas Shopping because I' have been preoccupied with lots of things to do especially attending to the General Cleaning of the House.

Do the cleaning and be sure to check under the couch. My wife once found a twenty dollar bill when she was doing general house cleaning a few years ago. I always look under the couch cushions and if I find a 20 I will spend it on Christmas.

@lookatdesktop, Yeah, cleaning should include turning the place upside down, not looking for dirt but some pennies inserted on cushions, which reminded me that I need to look under my bed's mattress and see if I still have the 168 pesos I put in there on the eve of new year last year.
