Back from the gym

The walk wasn't too bad to the gym tonight. Although dark, it was crisp in the 30s and had no snow on the way home from the gym. Maybe Mother Nature had changed her mind since then. We had an average size class with our sub instructor Kate. No Michelle today. So here's what we did on the mat tonight in no particular order: 2 100 Cycles (back and stomach) 1 Swimming Cycle 6 Criss-Crosses 6 Single Leg Stretches and Double Leg Stretches (3x/side) 3 Inch-Worm Poses and 4 Roll Like a Ball Poses 2 Down Dogs and 2 Quad Stretches (1x/side) 6 Knee Peel-ups (3x/side) and 3 Butterfly Kicks 2 Planks and 2 Sidekick Series with Clams (1x/side) I think that's about it.
