First time to ever be on call / myLot

I'm on call at work. It's hard to get used to going to work at all hours of the night and day. How do I adjust to these crazy hours?

@BarBaraPrz they call me to go out to a plant and discharge chemicals or motor oil. Sometimes it's loading it as well.
