This song is called Good Time Living, by Three Dog Night.
I had a hard time finding it because the lyrics in the song at the end are not exactly in the song's title. So for me I only had to scroll down the songs from the 1970 Album titled IT AIN'T EASY.
It's just what the Dr. ordered. Time to enjoy the week end and get back living and if possible have a good time living.
