WHAT!!! What is left in this year is just 29 DAYS!! Dreams unfulfilled, hopes not yet a reality, goals unachieved.
Can I still finish this project?
Will I still get this contract?
Will my allowance be paid?
Can it still work out?
If these are the questions that are rolling in your heart as this year is rolling by, I have a good news for you: YOU CAN STILL MAKE IT. "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy path"(Holy Bible. KJV)
No matter what that thing is, that looks like it's not coming through, I want you to commit it all into God's hands and He will surely come through for you. He did not bring you this far right from January to leave you in December. He will definitely see you through.

The first step is to set out the goals. Have a clear and practicable goals written down.
Then note the things that are needed in achieving those goals
once you get those things, start acting out the goals. writing it down is not just enough but to go out there and make things happen.

Start doing them. It can still be done.

waooo, I don't think gaining weight should be an issue thou. But if it as gotten to the point that your doctor is complaining, then something must be done.
