My home-made falafel and tahini

Hello friends. Today I want to show you my home-made falafel and tahini. It is awesome.
The ingredients for the falafel are chickpeas (garbanzo beans), onions, parsley, coriander, garlic, flour, cumin, chili, baking soda, salt, black pepper, lemon juice.
Unfortunately, I don’t have a food processor so it is really hard to make the chickpeas into very small beany paste like it should be. I put it into a blender but the blender does not do a very good job but still it is acceptable.
Falafel can be served with tahini (sesame paste), cabbage, ketchup, fries, etc.
What you people think of falafel?
