Weight Loss - Day 2

So today is the second day of my weight loss journey and so far so good.
My weight this morning was 14stone 5.8lb so 1.2lb less than yesterday.
I know you shouldn't weigh yourself every day but it is the only way I can stay motivated.
I have eaten a lot today, but a lot of good food. I had my wisdom tooth out so have been in pain for most of the day and I think that's made me need extra calories. Although I am still under what I would have burned today. The perimeters my Fit-bit gives for being under and over calories is really narrow.
Today I have eaten
Breakfast - Multi-Grain Hoops and Milk - 202 calories
Brunch (Because my dentist appointment was at 11:45 and I didn't know how long I would be there) Loaded Avocado Chicken Toast - 350 Calories
Lunch - Filled Pasta, Asparagus, Broccoli and Garlic Bread - 581 calories
Although I didn't finish this I still logged all the calories to be save
Dinner - Chicken Broccoli Casserole - 466 calories
Snack - Vegan Blueberry and Walnut Muffin 1/2 129 calories
Total - 1728 (84 calories over target)
Total weight loss so far 1.2lb
Onward and Downwards!
