Riley Wooten who is four years of age is one lucky child who thanks to his loving relatives used Facebook as their source to try to soothe the pain he has to endure when the Camp Fire that destroyed the city of Paradise California that took the lives of 90 people. Riley who lives with his grandmother Teri Shesson since he was a few weeks old since his parents could not afford to keep him. Riley's parents wanted their son to live in a loving home with his grandmother and his aunts in Gridley California for the time being until his relatives can get back on their feet. Thanks to his great aunt Tanya Renfro posted on Facebook if anyone could send toy dinosaurs to Riley since all but one of his toy dinosaurs were destroyed in the Camp Fire. The response has been great since Riley has received over 100 toy dinosaurs from strangers and close friends. Riley's relatives are teaching him to give away some of the toy dinosaurs to needy kids around the world since they also are going through the trauma of losing their homes as well. Riley's relatives have mentioned that Riley from to time cries that his former home in Paradise is burned down to the ground as well as his former home in Paradise California. Even though Facebook gets a black eye from right wingers that they censor their reports, Facebook is doing a great job of assisting people in need.

It is terrible for children to lose their toys in such a way. I´m glad that people gave him other toys and that the child is learning to give away if he has too much.

I know how Riley feels losing his home. Having strangers donate his favorite toy is great to ease his pain. Teaching Riley to donate the toys that he does not need will make him a better person as an adult.

@marguicha Because we all only drive one car a time, live in one house all of the time. Happiness is being thankful for what you have.

This is a heartbreaking story. Losing ones home means starting from scratch all over again. And that is very hard.

That is true since the number of homeless people in the affected area in the fires are going to be hurt over the loss of their homes as well as the delays while they stay in shelters.

@Deepizzaguy yes. Living in a shelter means inconvenience. No privacy at all.
