Weight Loss Day 3

So far so good on the weight loss journey. Today I weighed in a 14stone 4.4 so a total loss of 2.6lb that means I now I have 46.4lb to lose still in 42 weeks so 1.1lb a week, slightly reducing my weekly target. It also means I only have 4.4lb to lose to reach my first target so good progress so far but I am aware it is still very early days.
Today they have a bake sale in work, set up right outside my office. It was so difficult to avoid temptation but I did it and was very proud of myself for the effort.
I was starving on my way home form work (1.5hour drive) so I stopped and bout a protein bar to stave off hunger until I got home. I also got a flat white which was a bit naughty as I forgot my flask today. I will make sure I remember it tomorrow.
Today I have eaten:
Breakfast - Multigrain Hoops and Milk - 202 calories
Lunch - Chicken Broccoli casserole - 46 calories
Dinner - Chicken Mayo Sandwich and Italian Greens and Chicken Soup - 688 calories
Snacks - Fulfil Chocolate and Hazelnut Whip Protein Bar - 153 calories
Drinks - Flat White - 202 calories
Total - 1713 calories
42% Carbs 28% Fat 30% Protein
