Sitting in the waiting room....

It's always been hard for me to go to appointments. My panic gets to me every time. My heart starts pounding. I get flushed. My hands shake as i'm typing this. And there's so many people in this tiny little waiting room. All because i hate leaving the house. I guess this is the best place to have a panic attack right? Where the doctors are. Like what kind of false readings? All the doctors i see know that i have panic disorder.

@Plethos hmmm...i do have those too according to my doctor. It's crazy how so many things can mimic so many others

I hope the doctor has arrived since you posted this. Do you not like talking with the other people who are waiting? Maybe there is someone there who is just as scared as you are.

Sometimes i do if i feel someone is approachable. Or if they approach me. Otherwise i'm pretty shy and keep to myself
