Weight Loss Day 7

So after my very bad weekend I weighed in this morning at 14stone 5.8 which means my weight loss for the whole week was 1.4lb this is 0.3lb more than my target but obviously I am still a little disappointed that my weight wend up over the weekend.
Obviously the important thing is that I am starting this week lighter than last week so I am going in the right direction.
I have been back on track with the eating this week, this is my log:
Breakfast - Cheese and Mushroom Toastie and a Skinny Flat White from Costa - 552 calories
Lunch - Southern Fried Chicken Wrap and Crisps - 601 calories
Dinner - Chicken Breast with Mozzarella, BBQ sauce and Brown Rice - 604 Calories
Total - 1757 Calories
Macros - 43% Carbs, 30% Fat, 27% Protein
Actually looking at that I am not so back on track as I thought, I need to do better tomorrow.
According to my fitbit I have burned 2453 calories so far today so I 77 calories under budget for the day so that is at least good. I am not holding much hope for the scale tomorrow though as I am feeling heavy today!
