Interview tomorrow!

I have an interview tomorrow for a permanent position 2 grades higher than I am currently, I have worked at that grade on a temporary basis for 18 months in total but I just can't manage to get a permanent position.
I don't know what I do wrong but I am just not good at interviews, I don't know if it is because I am dyslexic, I can do the work to a really high standard but I am not very good at talking about it.
I am feeling more confident than normal about tomorrows interview though as I feel like I have a better idea of where I have been going wrong now, but I guess the proof will be in the pudding tomorrow.
I am going to bed now so that I am rested tomorrow.

Thank you, it is all done now. I think it went OK but not the best, I will have to wait and see now.

I'm sorry you did not get a job, but it will be a chance. Has something changed in the meantime?
