Hello, everyone Are you satisfied with your body weight now? I'm 49 kg now, and I think it suits my height which is 158 cm tall. I never tried to do any diet to reduce or gain my weight. I'm always grateful with what I have , with what God gives to me.

Yes I am and very proud of mine.I worked hard all of my life. Been through all this.No more.Time what I have left to enjoy life again.

Are they? I think body weight is not a matter , as long as it is not too much or too less than the ideal body weight. Too much or too less may effect the body health.

@Fruity_ I assume that exercise is very good for health, so I often do things like this not because I want to diet alone, but I do things like this because I want to live healthy by the way I practice sports
