The Mysterious Figure (Part II)

Hannah sat on her bed looking out of the window towards the woods shaking and a little scared. She wanted to know what the figure wanted and who it was. She wanted to know if the figure was going to hurt her or if it was ever going to cross into the street. Hannah didn't know what to do so she called her friend Jordan to come over and sit with her throughout the night. Jordan and Hannah grew up together and they were childhood playmates. They always have each other's backs when it comes to everything. They basically go to the same school and hang out all the time like they were when they were little. Jordan comes over and sits with Hannah as she explained what happened when she went on her walk and what she saw. Jordan is the type that isn't scared of anything so he wanted to go out and see the figure for himself. Hannah thought that it was a good idea just to test her theory and see if the figure would cross the road or step into the road at all. She told Jordan that he waved and laughed as she turned around and looked at him. They waited until it was dark and walked the same path that Hannah walked when she left last night. When they got closer to the back of the woods she heard the same sound that she heard before and Jordan heard it too. They stopped and looked in front of them and right by the oak tree was this dark figure just standing there. They looked for a moment to see what it was going to do and then Hannah tugged on Jordan's arm to head for the road. They turned around and started to run and as they ran the figure started coming towards them as well. Hannah told Jordan to run faster and as they got to the road and crossed the street they turned around again. The figure stopped and started to laugh when he waved like he did before but he never went into the street or crossed. He slowly went back into the woods and that was where he stayed. Jordan and Hannah went back to the house and wondered about the mysterious figure but it will always be a mystery. No one will know where the figure came from or where he will go next. One day Jordan and Hannah want to solve the mystery of the Mysterious dark figure that lives in the woods.
