Every Time I Have Something New

Over Thanksgiving, I went to a very nice thrift store near Pittsburgh.
I needed a nice winter coat.
Well, I headed for the leather coats section in hopes of "just maybe".
I found a gorgeous black leather! I was so excited! Only $7.00!
I told myself I would only wear for dress. Not around the house or the like.
So, last night I went to a Christmas party. I thought a perfect time to wear the jacket. Guess what? The belt loop was broke. My belt just dragged.
New things for me never fail to break. Does this ever happen to you?

I haven't had any wardrobe malfunctions, but my girlfriend tells me I can never wear white shirts when I eat, because I am guaranteed to spill sauce or something on the shirt and stain it. Never fails, happens every single time. My daughter jokes that she is going to make me wear a bib when I eat.

@andriaperry I don't seem to have that problem when I wear shirts of any other color, only when I wear white!

Whenever I'd go out to eat with my family and I'd miss my mouth, my mother would say, "How could you miss that mouth!"
