You will never understand the value of good until you have faced something bad. In addition to it, you will never understand the value of relaxed until you have been upset. The real meaning of happiness is understood afyrt experiencing sadness.
What an irony of life? We need the opposite virtue to understand it completely.

Very well put. You appreciate the presence of light only if it is dark. Nature works towards balancing.
