Firefox is nice but still unknown with the grand public I'm afraid. IE will be dominating for the coming years, maybe after that people are independent enough to check out other options (like firefox)

Considering firefox is a much better browser, it is possible, however there are many people that have not yet even realised that they can use a different browser. And then there are the people that stick with what they have due to habit.

I guess so 'cus Firefox is offering better features now than IE7 and it is widely used although some people who are used with Internet Explorer still use it.:)
