Do you know how to chase away bats?

There are two or more than two bats always coming to my house every night. And every morning when I get up, I see them no longer on the ceiling of my living room, but they left their poo , urine and some seeds on the floor. This is a bit annoying as I have to mop the floor every morning while I don't have enough time for that. I have to be in the office before 7 every morning. I want to know how to chase away the bats from my living room and I dont want them to return anymore. Anyone can help me?
