I got a birthday reminder of a person who is no more at present. / myLot

Shibham an old mylotter, who commit a suicide this year (I came to know about his death through a discussion from another mylotter), today is his birthday. I got a reminder from 123 greetings about his birthday. When he was an active mylotter, I used to send him greetings on his birthday through 123greetings. So every year they send me reminder of all people I used to send greetings there. I received a birthday reminder after death first time with Shibham. Even if he is alive I don’t think I would send him a greetings because there was no communication in between us for long time. I don’t wish to discuss about his death or anything about him here. I pray for him and also wish in heart his wife and daughter would have found the strength to face the reality in life. Birthdays, do you celebrate birthdays of a person who died already?

This is so sad, I wish I knew him then so I could have prayed for him. In his discussions here (I just read them) he clearly was not happy. =( I don't celebrate birthdays when their no longer living but I sure do think about them.

How very sad that he took his own life. He must have been very tortured to do that poor man. It is worse for his family left behind. A sad reminder to receive at this time of year! I hope you had a lovely day yesterday!

It was sad indeed. Sometimes our guessing went wrong, I wish if I could keep in touch with him, I would have known about his trauma in life. Sadly I thought he is busy with his wedded life and happily living. It is his destiny and no one can change that.
