Why do some people have such parasitic tendencies?

A parasite is a organism which feeds on blood of others, causing lot of harm to it's host in bargain. I have noticed some people too have parasitic tendencies. They thrive on weaknesses of others. When they notice someone has some weakness they try to exploit it for their own personal gains rather than help in overcoming the weakness. I have encountered many such people in my life. What about you?

Yep - parasites are everywhere. Some people would even describe governments as parasites lining their own pockets at the expense of the people.

I would say that selfishness is the root of that evil. There are always people like that and we have to be on the alert.

I have also seen so many such friends in my friend circle. I understand how it feels. I have also been betrayed a number of times by the ones whom I have trusted
