Are you a potato junkie (a.k.a "Potato Lover")?

Earlier today, at lunchtime, I was thinking about how much I love potatoes (and I say it with all the love that I have deep in my heart, haha).
I simply like potatoes (since I was a kid, if I remember correctly) made in all kinds of preparations: roasted, fried, cooked, in the salad ... Anyway, potatoes are one of the foods in which I am - literally - addicted!
Do you fell this love for potatoes? How do you like yours? Haha! :)

@WiseGhots Sometimes if I am out for dinner I will order a loaded potato which is one baked and it has onions, bacon, cheese, chives and a few other things. I think anything I put on a potato cannot be bad.

I am like you. I love them in all ways prepared. My favorites are mashed or baked. If I have it baked I put butter, salt, pepper, chives and any other things I find at home. Mashed I love with butter and gravy and salt and pepper. I will sometimes put cheese on it or in it if it is mashed. I do like French fries to. I don't think I dislike anything having to do with potatoes. Oh yes, scalloped to.

I also love potatoes. As a matter of fact next weekend I will have chicken with potatoes with their skins on.
