High levels of LDL (low density lipoproteins) also called bad cholesterol and triglycerides are known to significantly increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Which natural foods do you know, which may help in reducing levels of bad cholesterol and triglycerides? The ones I know which are useful in reducing LDL levels are: garlic, flaxseed, oily fishes, beans, oats, citrus fruits, psyllium husk. Do you know of any foods that can lower triglycerides naturally?

I hear nuts and plenty of fruits. Avoiding junk is also highly recommended

flax seeds are not good for men as they have estrogen in them.
