Popeye the sailorman...and spinach!

Whenever Popeye's well-being is threatened, he grasps a can of spinach and gulps it down. This gives him formidable strength to knock the sockings out of his adversaries. But is spinach really healthy? Of course it is - spinach is a good source of Vitamin K, A and C, as well as folate, manganese, magnesium, iron, potassium and calcium. It’s also a good source of niacin, zinc, protein, fiber, vitamin E , thiamin, vitamin B6, phosphorus and copper. What are your views? How do you like to eat spinach?
