I am one person who loves the rain. Whenever the rain drops, I rush outside and have a feel of the wonderful rain on me. This happens every rainy season December Rain, however, is quite different. The North Wind has come and given the islands the Christmas cold. Thus the continual pouring of coffee, tea, soup, Even then, one has to toss and turn for the perfect position to prevent the cold from penetrating. Still, the bones shivered and the jaw, whoooah, rarely do I experience the chattering, I had to cup my jaws with my hands. Christmas ends today, and my daughters and I trooped to one of our favored churches, the Shrine of the Divine Word. The rain has not given any reprieve, I was careful from the park place, the grounds were soaked with brown leaves and mud. Under my umbrella, I asked for the rain to stop. The church was warm enough, not many people has come yet, the midnight madness has kept them in bed. The priest celebrated the Solemnity of the Virgin Mary and I did notice a touch of yellow making the stained glass vivid as the choir resonated carols. My daughters and I walked a fe meters to the parking space. I looked up and the sun has enveloped the morning. I whispered a prayer of thanks.
