Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) is now cheaper than petrol and diesel in India!

Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) price was cut by a whooping 14.7% here in India on the back of decline in international rates, thus making it cheaper than both petrol and diesel. ATF is used in aeroplanes and jets. This should be good news for the ailing aviation industry in India. I hope the aviation companies pass on the benefits to their customers and reduce the prices of flight tickets.

They seem to be only hiking up prices. They give basics and charge for extra.

@responsiveme Now that the price of fuel is reduced, hopefully flight tickets will become cheaper in future.
