Do you floss your teeth regularly?

We all brush our teeth everyday, but what about flossing? While brushing removes plaque from your teeth, flossing removes the plaque between the teeth, which cannot be removed by brushing. So dentists recommend flossing your teeth at least once a day, besides brushing them twice a day, preferably after meals. Gargling with an antiseptic mouthwash also helps in maintaining a good oral hygiene.

One of the things I will do if I can turn back time is take care of my teeth. But it's too late and I just have to live with it.
