Workouts....

I had nothing to do today so I spent 2 & 1/2 hours at the gym doing things. I did I split my time between cardio, weights, and stairs to hit my floor goal on my Fitbit. So far I have hit all my goals for the day except calories burned but I am not far from it. I am super tired now. Now I will be heading to the store to get more veggies for soup tonight for dinner. What are your favorite workouts?

Walking is a great way to get exercise in and lose some weight

I did some weights earlier this morning but still have the eliptical to do! I guess if I had to choose a favorite, it would be playing in the pool!!

My routine consist of the eliptical and weights most days. I switch up between arms, legs, full body, and some days just cardio if I'm not feeling anything else for the day.

Can't do anymore heavy stuff. I'm limited to walking, or just using my standing bike treadmill.
