Yes I have - now let's see whether I can stick to it:
1. Shall switch to low carb, low fat, high protein diet
2. Shall heavily cut down on sugar, salt and alcohol
3. A big no-no to junk food
4. As far as possible, shall stick to homemade meals
5. No sodas at all
6. Shall include more of green salad in my meals
7. Shall not skip breakfast and shall include oats in my breakfast
Have you made any?

@id_peace So you are a fan of keto diet right? Just like "use a thorn to draw a thorn" - use fat to burn fat, correct?

No, we have not made resolutions. You have a good list and these are things we already do except: We do not eat animal proteins, so our proteins come from plants. Not sure if your first one meant to skip veggies and add more animal.
My first meal of the day is around 3 PM. Some would call that breakfast.

@PatZAnthony My ancestors were vegetarian, but I eat fish and eggs and very rarely chicken. Red meat is big no-no. My source of protein is eggs and plain, low-fat yoghurt. Veggies - I like to eat them raw as green salad or in soup, I don't like cooked veggies a lot.
