Happy Roger Miller's birthday! The ol' "King of the Road" would have been 83 today (January 2). Can't forget my music!!! Not even when counting down my favorite You Tube channels, only one of which is a music channel. Whodathunkit?! Today's entry is not the music channel, but it is a "dream" channel.
#4: Leisure Travel Vans
MEMO TO INFOMERCIAL MAKERS: This is how you make an entertaining, enjoyable 20-minute commercial!!!!
"Dean from Leisure Travel Vans" makes you want to buy one! Dean Corrigal is a sales manager for the Manitoba-based RV manufacturer and the star of the LTV (as they call it) "infomercial" videos on You Tube. He introduces each one and provides a complete walk around and walk-through with the enthusiasm of an Alabama football fan.
Dean is such a "superstar" in the RV videos that he makes appearances in others' videos (We're the Russos had him in a video, as did The Fit RV). He's a lot of fun to watch, even if that particular RV isn't what you're envisioning for your retirement life (like the one with the Murphy bed slide-out).
From what I can tell, and not just from Dean, the Leisure Travel Vans are very well built, have a good, solid reputation, and a very loyal customer base. Those things might make me consider purchasing one, but Dean's cheerleading is what keeps me going back to their channel.
Leisure Travel Vans
Usually hosted by Dean Corrigal
Overviews of class B/class B+ RVs
Here's a "merry Christmas" video featuring some outtakes:

@JohnRoberts -- why not, I could see Fredo up there, it's one of the states I've never been to, and who knows what two hours of pushing broom might get me.....

A friend of mine from here produces the "Rollin' on TV" show, all about RVs and accessories. It would be fun to own one, not too big though.

I agree. They just don't make RVs for one. The small ones (class B size) are almost too small for even one person, but the B+/C is too big.

@FourWalls Yep, that seems to be the case.

Thank you for sharing. That is one of my dreams getting an RV and taking across the US.

Oh, mine as well. In fact, that's how I found the LTV You Tube channel!
