I believe my thought of perfeçt happiness would be lots of love in this world
with a lot of peace in this world also!
I would like to be financially set enough to be able to spend as I like for simple stuff.Like stopping to get a drink or something to eat for my family.I Or living at Disney World

When my husband retired we sold our big house and changed the way we lived. We began to live way below our means. We bought a little bungalow in Florida and had no bills outside of utility bills and insurance. We paid cash for everything and instead of living within our means we were living below our means and that left money for things just like you said. Stopping to have coffee, eating out and Disney passes. A whole new world opened up. I can now take a trip at the drop of a hat, give money to good causes and buy the speciality items at the grocery without any stress.

@Jeanniemaries I have never heard it put that way either. But my aunt was a real tight wad.....always! We never could ever even stop to get a drink even though we were spending our own money, lol

@dfollin Just me now, but I am very blessed to have finally figured it out. I was always told while growing up to live within your means. No one EVER said, live below your means.
