The houseboats in Alleppey in Kerala are famous for the food that is served. There is delicious caramel fish curry rice. There is a beautiful sambar dal full of potato, papaya and vegetables. There is an awesome beet carrot curry. There is also papad. Travellers enjoy the meal for the time they stay in the houseboats.
