I Worked A lot On My Anger Issues

I am almost proud how I handled myself as of late. Stuff that used to land me in trouble, not anymore. I still Vent and is needed, Seriously, thanks Mylot. If I could not express my frustrations. I am sure I would be in a place I do not like.
I preach about freedom a lot and pretty sure angry me would be locked up. Why it is important for me personally to respond to things that frustrate me in a different way.
I had to test this new found skill, actually a lot lately. I am actually pretty impressed with myself. I actually feel pretty good. Used to feel so ashamed when I went into bouts of rage. I am using my resources much better. None of it comes from the system. The system actually makes me rage.

It really is all about finding ways to manage your anger. I had anger issues in my adolescence. It was a hard pill for me to swallow, coming to realize that I couldn't just rage at the world around me. Of course I was young, so some of my anger was misunderstood and some of my anger was being angry at being misunderstood.
Now I'm at the other end of things with anxiety. I had to learn how to combat that for myself.

I have that too anxiety, but the fun thing is a lot more confident with who I am now. These people cannot touch me the way they used to break me down. One draw back I am still working on is societal presence I have told friends not going because will make me mad. I need to do that to see if its real deal. I mean could lock myself away forever but no point in doing that if that is how you going to live. I have started to go to the bar again which to me is the biggest test. It is where I feel safest but at same time my biggest triggers. If Can handle that in a responsible way, think I may be good.
Thanks, Appreciate you taking the time on a personal issue when you did not have to.

@crossbones27 Of course, it's part of mylot, connecting, ya know?
Honestly, I think the bar is the first place you need to go because it sounds as if it's going to be the hardest test. Being socially present is hard for me at times too, but more on the anxiety side of things.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Yeah and they also know how you are. I have not heard anything yet, always the last to tell you something.
They have told me dude you taught me and not sure this guy knows how much we appreciate him, but was funny because before I figured out I was not happy with how I was becoming. Told me after, in which I said now they tell me. Would have never changed if they did so maybe a good thing.
] Bars not not really deep like that but true friends are. So if and when happens we doing it right. I have seen it. I actually seen people from the customer to the bartender compliment people on life style changes. It is neat. It is indeed noticeable.
Not there yet, how I know need more work. When they notice then it says something.

Thanks miss lady, I do feel better but cannot ever stop saying what I see. So there is that. I guess just how I handle what I see will be different. Try to do it better and maybe some of that crap gets fixed as far as what I do not like.

It helps, just get tired of being angry if you know what I mean. Better way to live if you know what I mean. Trying to enjoy life more 42 now should not waste this pretty planet being so angry.
