My little one who looks like his grandfather....

I lost my father last February 2018, before he died he knew that I am soon to deliver a baby boy. He was very happy. During his last day before he will be buried, I don't want to look at him at his coffin because I wanted to preserve him in my imagination alive. When April 25, 2018 came, I gave birth to a baby boy, who looks like him and growing up like him physically. God knows that I am the one affected with this loss because I am a Papa's Girl. God knows that I will miss my father very much and until now I am still in sorrow. He gave a replacement and that's my son, I really am blessed having my youngest who's resemblance is him.

I'm glad your son resembles your father. As I get older, I am in the process of passing on, to younger people, the things my (late) father passed on to me.

@Nercie Yep. I knew some of my father's mentors, and am now friends with some of his mentors' children. They are in their 60s and 70s now, and continue to influence me.

@TheHorse that's good! Maybe I should do the same too, I should not just impart it to my children but to other young ones too. But I got a lot of help, the students of my father who are already teachers now and other professionals.

I too passes everything that my father has thought me to my little ones since they are all boys. Some of which I told them are also told to me by those who were helped by my father, which are unknown to us. That's how good is my father.
