Nasi Liwet, the greatest rice from Indonesia

One regional menu that is very famous in Indonesia is nasi liwet. Well liwet rice is very well known for its huge menu and unique placement. Liwet rice does not use plates or spoons to eat but they use banana leaves. It feels very good. And there are many side dishes that you can choose from, from fish, chicken to squid. As a vegetable dish you can choose tofu or tempeh. My favorite is grilled chicken or grilled fish. Of course and a glass of iced tea as my drink.
