There is a scripture that says something to the effect: “You have not endured any temptation such as is not common to man.”
Basically that means … In this life, crap happens!
We all go through crap in our lives! Everybody does! IT'S COMMON! No matter what part of the world you live in, the other man's grass is NOT always greener! It just looks that way from a distance.
Sometimes when that “crap” that happens, it might tempt you to want to do things that you should NOT do, in order to fix it In other words, you might be tempted to do something bad, something wrong.
But what should your reaction or response be?
Number 1: Recognize that somebody else, somewhere else is probably going through the same trial. You might want to do a little research and figure out if they solved the problem and how they did it.
Number 2: Whatever horrible thing you're thinking of doing to solve the problem … DON'T DO IT!!
* * *
So! In South Korea a company is proposing a ride-sharing app. PROPOSING! It's not even happening yet! So what do 2 taxi drivers do in protest? They set themselves ON FIRE!
Uuuuhhh … WHAT?
Some solutions just don't make no sense!

I Corinthians 10:13 King James Version
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
I think it means that there is nothing that can happen to you that is so unusual that God won't help you to resist the temptation.
Good post!
