How hot do you like your hot wings?

Whenever I go out to eat hotwings I try and get the hottest one's that the place as available. Most places can't make them hot enough, but if you are like me ask for the cook to make them hotter and they will often do it for you. The best place I ever hat hot wings was at Jacksonvill University in Alabama. there is a little place next to their stadium that serves only hot wings and beer. Their "butt kickin" flavor is the hottest I have ever had!

I like my wings crispy, with the sauce kind of fried in, or baked in. I love buffalo sauce, it is the one constant thing in my fridge and I put it on everything!!

When I make them myself I marinate the wings in the sauce for a while, then I bake them until the are done. Next I'll fry them to get them a bit crispy and cover them in some more wing sauce. By baking them the flavor gets all the way through the meat.

I don't eat wings because I'm a vegetarian - but I like wing sauces on different foods. I like them hot! So hot they clear my sinuses. The worst I've had is endorphin rush.

haha sounds like my dad. when i get wings like that though i want to enjoy the flavor so i usually just get mild or medium ;)
i usually like my mexican food hot though
