My son is having a problem that i know he can survive with it. He was separated last year and now his ex doesn't want him to get his two lovely kids ages 3 and 5 (weekends only as agreed) until he give her the financial support monthly. Actually he is providing this financial thing but lately it stopped since he was laid off. His ex ( live in partner and got married to another man after 3 mos of being separated with my son.. Isn't it like a whirwind romance? ) That was gross when a father misses his kids and was not allowed coz of that money thing. Any suggestions from you guys? Negative or positive comments are all welcome.

He has the right to see his children. Since his ex is busy with another man, she does not deserve any money from your son.

He can ask a lawyer to contact her lawyer and arrange to see the kids. If there was a court case and it states he isn’t allowed to s we his children till money is paid then he has to fallow m. If there wasn’t such a thing then she is breaking the law by not allowing him rights to his child. Now this also changes from state to state so he’ll need to look up his prental rights for the state he lives in.
