Are the ICC Awards Just a Joke - MS Dhoni was not included!!!!

I think that ICC awards are a joke because they rejected MS Dhoni and Included insignificant players like Shahid Afridi(Who was a failure with the bat and the ball during the past one year compared to Dhoni)

yes it was a joke MS Dhoni was not included. can you one believe it dhoni was not there atleast i cannot think so dhoni is my favourite . i think that was a joke .
