So I come home and I forgot I had applied to this college, COMPLETELY! But I come home and there on the table is a package from this school. Funny thing is I almost threw it away because I thought it was junk mail. However I didn’t my curiosity was to much, I open it and see that it’s an acceptance letter!!!! It’s a four year private liberal arts college. It’s very beautiful and I got in even though I barley meet any of their requirements. Now, here is the huge shocker, I was offered a full tuition scholarship, and all I have to do is make a video about someone who encouraged my life and dreams and what it would mean to us to get this scholarship. Now the question is how do I start I am bad at talking sometimes I’m better with words, I write poetry but I need some help and advice on how I should go about this so I know for sure I get the scholarship.

First off congratulations! That is wonderful. I know how you feel because I am the same way. I am so much better when it comes to writing. I would suggest that you write out what you want to say, You could even write a poem about this people who had encouraged you through life. Then just practice it over and over again in a mirror until you feel confident to put on the video and then record it. You can do this!!
