Do you trust the government of your country?

I'm sorry to be a bit skeptical about this, but I can say - quite certainly - that I absolutely don't trust any government in the world. I know I may be being a bit radical, but I don't believe that any kind of government works for its people. They may even do one thing or another good, but even so, nothing looking really to the interests of the population. What can you say about it?

I don't understand how these people can decide the future of so many others.

@WiseGhots They only think of their selfish interests and that applies to all political parties.

@JohnRoberts Yes - any politicians' first priority is to get into power and once there the only priority is to stay there. They will say and do anything to that end. Wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them

I don't discuss my political views online. I have too much to say.

My friends say I'm pessimistic. I like to talk that I'm realistic.

I watched the “no confidence” vote in England the other day and thought, man if we could only give OUR government a no-confidence vote. It’s the best form of government....it just sucks in the execution with all these children we’ve elected.

I still trust the government and they have my support... but not to some of the traditional politicians (trapos) who just think about themselves, making their pockets fat is their top priority.

Sorry that we just have to bear with it, the system is already in place. I think the best we could do is constantly make preparations for ourselves and loved ones so we won't need to depend on them entirely or incase the whole government style system collapses.
